Pricing FAQs
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
There is no time-limited trial, but the Free plan is permanent and fully functional for single-file signing. Use it to evaluate XignAll before purchasing.
How does the license key work?
After payment on LemonSqueezy, you receive a license key by email within minutes. Enter it in XignAll Settings. The key is tied to your device and verified locally — no internet required after activation.
What is the difference between Annual and Perpetual?
Annual gives you the license for 12 months — after expiry the app reverts to Free tier. Perpetual is a one-time payment with no expiry. Both include the same features.
Can I use the license on multiple machines?
Pro licenses allow up to 2 simultaneous installations. Server Edition is per organization. Contact us for volume licensing.
What payment methods are accepted?
LemonSqueezy accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Google Pay. EU VAT is handled automatically.
What happens at the end of the annual period?
The application reverts to Free tier limits. You will receive email reminders at 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry. Renewal restores full access immediately.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or public institutions?
